Subsequent Private Lessons - 2 Swimmers

Service Description

Please only select this option AFTER you have booked the "Private Set of 4 Lessons - 2 Swimmers" option. Select "Subsequent Private Lessons - 2 Swimmers" to book the other 3 lessons in your set. Both swimmers must be from same family or bubble, and of a similar ability. Choose what suits your schedule! Lessons can be booked: - Once a week for 4 weeks - Twice a week for two weeks - Or, 4 days in a row of any week If possible, it is highly recommended to book each lesson at the same time and day, to allow more families the same consistency. E.g. 1pm every Monday for 4 weeks, 2pm Sundays and Tuesdays for 2 weeks, or 3pm for 4 days in a row. If you are booking 4 lessons, it is recommended to book all your lessons in either June/July or August, so that the lessons are closer together (due to the break week in the middle of July and August). If you are booking 8 lessons, you can book twice a week for 4 weeks, once a week for 8 weeks, or 4 days in a row for 2 weeks; the choice is yours.

Cancellation Policy

To confirm your booking, full payment is required via e-transfer within 24 hours, along with a completed waiver form. Mountain Kids Swim Lessons may make minor adjustments to lesson times, communicated well in advance, to accommodate larger families together or to stagger Instructor hours. Full payment is non-refundable, except in extenuating circumstances. Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours notice for a swimmer(s)’s illness or extenuating circumstances; lesson will be rescheduled if possible, or a refund given. Lessons will run in the wind or rain, but not with lightning or other hazards; lessons will be cancelled (for the rest of the day, if necessary), with no refund given. If lessons are cancelled in advance due to weather, or Instructor illness; lessons will be rescheduled if possible, or a refund given.
